Job description:
• Responsibility for the company's financial strategy and implementation.
• Responsibility for preparing the annual and monthly budgets for the various departments in their inspection and control.
• Cash flow management.
• Management and dealing with the banking system.
• Commercial risk management, finance and hedging.
• Preparation of quarterly and annual monthly financial statements and their presentation to the Company's Board of Directors.
• Management of annual segment reports.
• Management of the finance department in the organization.
• Responsibility for the annual audited financial statements.
Requirements:
• Experience in working for a public company or preparing for an IPO is required
• Certified Public Accountant. MBA-.
• Proven experience from one of the Big 5s in the beginning.
• Proven experience in a similar position for at least 5 years.
• Experience working with a Board of Directors.
• Analytical and marketing business vision.
• Experience in managing a budget, collection system, and legal elements.
• Experience in connection with banking systems.
• Experience in business development and contracting with local and foreign suppliers.
• Knowledge of the English language at its core.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team player.
• Neat, organized, methodological, knows how to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to lead and motivate managers and employees.
• Positive energies, diligent, come to work.
